I love that it allows you to send emails in bulk with ease, which saves time! It's also easy enough for someone who doesn't have much experience using software like this as well.

They offer many different templates so there isn't anything too confusing about their service at first glance. Sometimes when replying to multiple people they get caught up sending out duplicate mails (which can cause confusion) but other than that everything has been great! We're able to quickly respond back to customers without having to contact our sales team every single time we need something sent out.
