Worked great on my Suburban LTZ 07. One of the air shocks had a leak causing the old compressor to kick on every start. I assume this happened after I've ridden them for a while because after installing the new air shocks the supercharger couldn't hold the required pressure and kept pedaling on start, although not as often. Before installing the Dorman supercharger (with new air shocks) I also noticed that the right rear rode about an inch lower than the left. After checking all the air hose connections and reading several reviews that suggested the same symptoms, I decided to take a chance and buy a new compressor. It turned out that the old compressor was defective. The new compressor works like a charm and is very easy to install. I'm not sure how difficult the alternative is to replace the old components and install the new ones, but this install was very easy. The compressor will only turn on when there is a load/weight change that it needs to compensate for, as it should. No longer lights up after every start and both sides are level, the passenger side no longer sags. Lesson learned. If your supercharger kicks on "every time" you start your car, chances are you have an air leak in at least one of your rear wheels. shocks. Don't wait as long as me. Bite the bullet and replace the air shock absorbers as soon as possible or you will burn out your compressor and end up having to replace it. Shock absorbers and compressor are easy to replace.
