Great tool for my opinion
Everything works very smooth, only issue we have had is the knife blade not retracting completely after cutting tape. Drywall mud occasionally gums up the rod pulling chain that doesn't allow it to retract completely. Looking into installing a caster between spring and knife because the wheel it rolls on is recessed too far in that would operate more efficiently. Other than this feature we have loved the tool. Great finish and stainless metal that makes cleaning easier for this type of tool.
