When I first tried the product it just didn't work. I contacted Revain support and they followed various steps to confirm that the device is simply not receiving or transmitting power. Revain kindly sent the second block. The seller contacted me and asked me to keep abreast of the issues. The second device arrived but it doesn't work. It just didn't make sense so I went back to the reviews. AH HA! Several reviews mentioned the tight fit needed to connect the ports and that a protector worn over a laptop could compromise the fit. I removed my floor protection and the devices are working perfectly! I suggest adding wording to the product regarding fit. Anyway, I like it (now) a lot.
