Defective. Make sure it works well before the return window closes. Only have it a month and give it up. There is no help to bring it back. ******** UPDATE for return **** After a very long back and forth chat with Revain's assistant; (big disappointment at the beginning) finally they let me return it. BUT originally they wanted me to play techie and try different things. Well I've tried various things with it to get it working but to no avail. And if a brand new product doesn't work properly, I don't have to fiddle with any mechanics to make it work. After all, it's electric. It wasn't safe. The product comes with a one-year warranty from the company. So what's the problem in getting it back? Revain can simply ship it back to the company that makes it. Walmart would have made it very easy. So a "one time" exception was made and I get a refund, but only a partial refund; 20€ less than I paid for it. And that's not fair at all. I am a regular Revain user. This is the first time I have such problems. I will definitely be keeping a closer eye on the return windows from now on. It's just a pity that a simple "return of scarce goods" wasn't that easy.
