I have an Ozeri 42" Ultra and decided to give the Ozeri 360 a try. Let me just say that 30 seconds after turning it on I decided to trade it in for another Ultra. Near 360 is significantly louder than Ultra. The 360 hums a bit even at the lowest speed and gets a bit louder and higher at higher speeds.
