06/10/21. After contacting the seller about the missing part I received an apology and a reply with a few hours and a promise to replace it. The promise was fulfilled in less than three days! Very impressive customer service that does not go unnoticed by this buyer. For the rest of the product review, I used a couple of metric and SAE bits to assemble the new furniture. The bits fit snugly in the drill chuck and screw heads; They didn't slip, crack or chip, so quality seems good for medium to large bits (smaller ones tend to struggle, understandably). The bit size identification on the shank, while tiny, is a bonus and saves time. The magnetic element is both a plus and a minus, depending on the work activity. The color is better than cold steel blue but as is often the case with many small instruments there would be less loss if they were a lighter color. Based on my experience with this seller and their product, I have upgraded my overall rating for this product and would recommend and buy this drill bit set again. Missing 1/4" hex socket (certainly the most commonly used!). However, two 1/8" hex bits were included. This is a case of bad math and quality control since 1/8 + 1/8 DOES NOT EQUAL TO 1/4! See photos. Bad quality control. . The return shipping cost will reduce the cost. I wish the seller would just send me the correct bit so I can evaluate the rest of the specs.
