Superior product with better design than the competition

I used to buy an onion board and while I found it useful it turned out to be too flexible and the edges of the putty knife jammed at the edges causing accumulate the edges. It is difficult to remove the sheet. It solves these problems with better design and easy paper removal. Also, I quickly noticed that the rear was stiffer, which prevents flexing. I haven't used a paddle but this setup is excellent and I will be ordering again in the future. Great product, you won't be disappointed.
