Silverado LS Extended Cab '02: I ordered this item after looking at different models for a while. It came well packaged, fast (2 days), everything included, plus color pictures/well written instructions, and installed by myself in less than 30 minutes. The best part is that it works as described/as expected and looks like very good quality materials at a reasonable price! Of course, it dampens the lowering of the tailgate. as it should be! I gravitated towards another brand (they have more reviews, last longer and cost around $10-15 MORE. But I'm glad I clicked on this one, consider it, it works great! I would this one and recommend this product a seller, top notch !* I'll come back to this "if" guaranteed if there are any problems/changes.
