This review is more about the company than the product. Read on and you'll see what I mean. I bought my first S3 in April 2020 and it works great. I still use it. I liked it so much that I made this second purchase. There were problems with that from the start. The main problem is that the video flickers like in early 19th century movies. It was very difficult to watch these videos and very annoying to get a good animal video only to have it ruined by the flickering. I contacted the company via email and I have to say the customer service is excellent. The representative asked me to email some videos so the engineers can try to identify the problem. (Personally I think it's a software issue.) They asked me to update the firmware from the website and after sending them a few more videos of the same issue, they sent me a replacement camera for free. This new S3 had the same problem. After sending them a few more videos, they offered me another model to choose from. I chose one and they suggested they have a better one than the one I chose. They sent me this, again for free, and it works great. This is their P20 model. This camera works great and takes beautiful day and night videos. I would recommend buyers to buy P20. It is possible that the P3 with the Sony chip will be repaired in the future, but the support team makes every purchase from this company safe. Thank you Meidase for your exceptional customer care.
