Not very - very dull, thin wires and no locknuts on shaft
I added these to my trailer as license plate lights. They are very cheap, but because of the cheapness they are practically useless. Very weak, with very thin wires. It's only really useful if you're trying to meet the minimum legal requirement for a license plate light, but they don't really illuminate anything to any meaningful extent. You should be using Ni-Lock nuts or something similar if it's the vehicle, not the plain nuts they have now. None of these changes have a significant impact on costs.
