WEIMELTOY License Plate Light Review

I added these to my trailer as license plate lights. They are very cheap, but because of the cheapness they are practically useless. Very weak, with very thin wires. It's only really useful if you're trying to meet the minimum legal requirement for a license plate light, but they don't really illuminate anything to any meaningful extent. I don't know what the other reviewers said, they are not very bright, they are almost too bright for the number plate light. The wire is insanely thin but it has to be such that it can go through the threaded end of it, they're not a high power source so they don't need thicker wire. I'm actually using them as console lights in a stereo portable keyboard amp I'm building. I only run them at 9 volts (75% power) but they do their job well so I expect them to be really bright at a full 12 volts when installed in a car.
