Received fairly quickly - Revain Prime almost instant delivery, no complaints about it (my 50/50 experience with One Day Prime is 'one day they will ship') on same type lamp, if you put them in pairs on a motorcycle sized sign they will probably suffice. Amount and luminosity for a standard US license plate. not as much. Get the three LED style if this is your fair use and you want closer to OEM lighting. On the other hand, these headlights are great for things like heater controls or as glove box lights in cars/vans that don't have them. I use them both over the heater controls and in my instrument nacelles where the 70's backlighting was a joke. Very happy with the backlight for my application. Three stars because of missing lumen description and not suitable for license plates.
