It's so much better than any other rotary aerator, it's not even funny. It's a hard chrome plated metal that fits my faucet perfectly as if it were an original part. All the other devices I've seen online and in local stores are plastic, sometimes with a chrome finish, but usually look cheap or ostentatious. All the details and how they fit into the faucet seem perfect. The work is also much better. . The twisting motion to change the flow type is smooth, easy and harmless if you go too far as it keeps changing as you turn the head. Even when turning the aerator around the washbasin, the type of jet does not change; a deliberate turning movement is required. try to use the aerator. So it's a constant struggle and if someone is unfamiliar with the operation they will most likely be faced with a terrible hand washing spray. Bravo! It's nice to have something nice and properly styled for a change.
