Design mimics Apple except for the obvious reduction in quality and design.1. The point where the Lightning connector connects to the phone isn't reinforced like Apple's design. If you plug your headphones in at an odd angle or hit the jack while they're plugged in, you'll most likely break the connection. It killed my first pair 4 hours after I received it.2. These are bluetooth headphones. But they are wired. It makes no sense. That's why I give 1 star for battery life. My phone lasts longer when I can just listen to music in flight mode, which is possible with literally every other pair of headphones. Due to the complexity of the design, it doesn't make sense.3. Because of all that Bluetooth connectivity, you need to unlock your phone to sync your headphones. Another totally unnecessary step with added complexity.4. There is a problem with the software. When you plug in the headphones, "Beats" appears with a little cross as if you can close the window (you can't). Below you have the option to connect. In the middle is a picture of wireless headphones (maybe this design is from here). Finally, when connected, the text "Baets" is displayed. Here's what I expected from the product; a cheap imitation at half the price and about half the quality of the $20 Apple EarPods.
