I had a 400 square foot deck with several coats of paint that needed to be removed. I bought a dozen sanding belts hoping this would be enough as the paint was clogging the belts. I saw this eraser and decided to give it a try. I sanded the entire deck down to the wood with ONE piece of tape and this magic eraser. The strap clogged, rubbed with that magic eraser and it was like new again. Just unbelievable! I almost never used an eraser. Pays for itself very quickly!
