I have used these night lights on each of my fences. My rat comb loves them at night and so does my bearded one. I also use one for my buddies' enclosure, mainly because it's so big. They are also very good if you have an aviary in your bedroom, they are a soft blue-purple hue that is not too light. They are said to mimic natural moonlight, I'm not sure how that happens as most reptiles don't see the same color spectrum as humans. Anyway, the kids love them and I love them too.
