So, like many other reviews here, a note. This stuff smells pretty bad and tastes about the same. Imagine, if you want, something akin to the smell of a New York City subway in 98% humidity in August, with the added bonus of licking your shoes at the same time for an incredible flavor boost. Yes, it was really disgusting. I tried the banana pouch as dehydration is a common struggle for me but unfortunately this product didn't help me in any way. After diluting it as directed on the packet and tasting it, and then diluting it even more in hopes of reducing the loss of flavor, I actually felt worse after drinking it. This made me sick and nauseous as I spat out the rest of the drink I had mixed. I'm not sure if it's due to the high amount of B vitamins they use or if there's something else in their mix that doesn't work with my system. But I really just want a refund for this product as I won't be using the other 4 packs. . Very disappointed and will never try again.
