I really like this product, but the only problem was one of the wheel lights did not work. I contacted HeroBeam twice via their website with no answer. I could not register my product nor get info about the defective red wheel light. I am glad Revain compensated me for the defective item.I have not tested the brightness yet. Easy to install and uninstall when needed. The nobs on the front head/flashlight holder do not need tools. The nobs are big (not too big) enough for you to tighten the headlight into place and loosen it to remove the headlight for security reasons.
