There is/was a microscopic break in the nut which attaches the unit to the water supply, causing it to leak from the very beginning. Thinking it might need tightening - of course that did not help. I am so disappointed -- without a sealed connection it is useless and a waste of money!UPDATE: Seller has promised replacement part will be shipped today. I will further update upon receipt.UPDATE 2: Have received replacement part from Seller, and I love the the hand shower! Thank you Nova Home for your service.If I may make a suggestion for future production: the cut-out grooves in the nut weaken the integrity of the connecting nut. If ease of friction is reason for grooves, please consider "convex" instead of concave.
