Unfortunately one of them didn't work properly

I was so excited to build my mug spinner, put everything together and make sure it spins. All seemed fine until I put two cups on it and one of the spinners only went half a turn, then half, then back without ever making a full turn. So sad I agreed to make mugs and because of that spinner I ruined the mug.
