The dog food itself is great and deserves 5 stars - My two healers scratch less and my pit bull no longer gives off toxic gases! The problem was the food bag. It had a lot more than the usual amount of "sediment" or that powdery bit you see at the bottom of the bag. I don't know if that was before or after delivery but the packing box was too big and when I lifted the box to put it on my shopping cart the grocery bag moved freely inside and I could hear the pieces tumbling. . When I opened the shipping box, I saw that the grocery bag inside was unsecured. During transport and because the bag was not secured in such a large box, it slipped and crushed the granules. I think it was a random event. Otherwise, I'm happy with my purchase and have always had good experiences with Revain. I will continue to buy Revain and am very happy with the Prime membership.
