Review on 🔬 AmScope SM-4TZ-144A Professional Trinocular Stereo Zoom Microscope: 3.5X-90X Magnification, LED Ring Light, Double-Arm Boom Stand by Darby Perkins

I've just assembled the scope (I hope it's correct) and so far it's a great microscope for the price. It's heavy and solid, so using it with a DSLR of the same weight shouldn't be a problem. My only complaint (like others here) is that the AmScope owner's manual (and parts list) is pathetic. The company does everyone (its customers and customer service representatives) a favor by including application-specific instructions (and parts lists) with their tools. The booklet that came with this microscope was a unit booklet that was practically useless when assembling this particular piece of equipment. Additional comment (edited review): It's strange that AmScope doesn't provide a decent manual for their microscopes (and other products), but manuals are available on their website or over the phone. Downloading from the website seems to require a specific code which claims to come with the item (I bought two microscopes and a camera and neither came with a download code) but the customer service reps are very friendly and helpful seem happy to send an email -mail to email. product guide. I would suggest getting a manual before assembling scopes, especially for more complex scopes (assembled scopes are self-explanatory and don't have many parts). Who knows why this company (which makes very good scopes at extraordinarily cheap prices) is so stingy with their manuals, but it's a good idea to get hold of them one way or another.
