Makes perfect yogurt
I really like this yogurt maker. I tried skim milk first and the yogurt was creamy and delicious. Next I'll try 2% just for fun. I followed the directions as directed and let the yogurt "cook" overnight with no concern. I then put it in the fridge for 3 hours before trying it. The consistency is thick and even. I am very happy with this purchase.
