Average quality of the product, especially for the money.

Auto nissan pathfinder. Initially, there is no DRL, so I decided to put them separately.
I chose Philips, there are no comments on the quality of the components and everything would be fine, but they blink!
Once even the traffic police stopped because of this.
When you turn on the dimensions, the problem disappears - but why do I need them if it's easier to turn on the foglights?
They blink at the moment of voltage drop on the battery . a little, but this is enough. This problem is not only mine. Calling an auto electrician didn't help.
