I love fluffy hats. I've been buying these hats for 3 years now. I ordered pink and it's too big. The tags look different than my other hats. I have included photos of the new pink beanie and compared the length to some of my old beanies from the same brand. Pink was too big. And my hats were only spot cleaned, so they didn't shrink. The haircut looked weird too. I contacted the seller hoping to resolve the issue and find out what happened.
