Excellent cleaning swabs for electronics cleaning

I repair and refurb vintage electronics like tape decks and stereo receivers. Usually that means lots of cleaning of the innards or old grease, dust and cigarette smoke. These are right sized and the generously sized head lets me remove lots of dirt. The sponge tips are soft enough to be used on the magnetic heads of recording/playback equipment.

Pros

The rectangular tips on the swab sticks ensure efficient cleaning with minimal effort

Cons

The orange color may fade or discolor over time, making swabs difficult to differentiate from others

They were well made, I may be able to find something else to use them for. They seem ok but they didn''t work for what I was looking to do with them. Just so you know they don''t work well with alcohol ink.
