Comfortable night
Easy to model and forgiving of mistakes. There are four shapes included. The ease of preparation means I can take a few with me when I travel. The best thing for me was the comfort. I tried 2 other brands - the forms were flexible but thick and uncomfortable to wear. The grindshield shapes are thinner (but not thin) and fit my mouth better at night. No gum writing like previous brands. These molds aren't as customizable as a dentist's, but they're a lot cheaper and do the job quite well.
