Visually identical to my original remote except for the volume buttons which look chrome rather than grey. But the performance was terrible. At first it couldn't control the volume of my soundbar. Annoying, but okay, I have a soundbar remote. Then I noticed lag when pressing the buttons and the constant need to sync the remote every time I turned on the TV. Then I noticed that I couldn't control my Xbox like the previous controller and the soundbar wouldn't turn on with the TV anymore, so I gave up. Luckily I still had my old remote, only the dog destroyed the case so some of the buttons were pressed even though they weren't. I ended up removing the case from both remotes and swapping chipsets which, unsurprisingly, were not identical even though both remotes were the same model. Now the remote control works normally again. Waste of 30.00 when I should have bought a case or a cheaper version that I could just replace with chips. Generally very disappointed.
