Review on 🏠 VEVA ProHEPA 9000 Large Room Air Purifier - Premium Home Air Purifiers for Smoke, Dust, Pet Dander & Odor - White by Anthony Lowery

From the start I was hesitant to purchase this machine as replacement filters were "currently unavailable" when purchased. My intuition was definitely right! I haven't been able to buy a replacement filter since January. What good is it if there are no necessary parts for normal operation?! It may be cheap, but it's a worthless investment if you can't even use it for its intended purpose! My suggestion to this company: Count how many units you've sold and stock twice as many replacement filters. so you can provide the best customer service you are looking for. It's a simple calculation (example: 10,000 air purifier units sold = backorder/reorder 20,000 replacement filters) that a customer service representative can do instead of emailing us and asking us to buy a CURRENTLY UNUSEABLE/USELESS CAR. Then you can get a better overview. I may change this to a 5 star rating once I can finally buy replacement filters if I need to re-buy them!
