I like these, but there are a few things you need to know to really take advantage of them. Firstly, in no case should you wash them with hot water. It destroys them. To clean, I pour dish soap (just a small spray) directly on them after wetting them with cold water and rub them with my hand and a non-abrasive sponge for stuck parts. They air dry fairly quickly. In addition, they do not stick together well if the air is too dry. No problem, hold them in your hands (wrapped around your food) for a few seconds and the warmth and moisture of your hands will do the trick. Finally, they don't stick well to other substances, but stick best to themselves, so they work better for wrapping something completely than like plastic wrap to cover a bowl.
