This machine works, but there is a serious problem with it. Although this is a heavily marketed/current product, the manufacturer of the product (Oster) does not make replacement parts for it. The most important part, the bread pan, cannot be replaced. See Auster's website for articles on the subject. Oster directs panning requests to the 800 customer service number. After calling them they are informed that there are no spare skillets. No, this bread maker will be junk the moment this pan breaks. It's really happening.
