Review on Chatwee by John Bailey

I love this software for its ability to deliver great customer service, keep customers happy with their orders no matter what time of day it might be! My only dislike would have been if there was an option in choosing which order you want your replies from when replying back via text or phone call instead having them always go out at random times like they do now sometimes not even seeing anyone until 3-4 hours later!! This does help make sure everyone gets seen first but overall still very good product as well. Great idea that has grown into one my favorite products we use internally here all throughout our business process including scheduling meetings etc.,.
