Review on Premium Restaurant-Grade Avant Burger Press: Non-Stick, Food-Grade Perfection by Marc Stewart

Having used this product for the first time, here are my observations. They are very easy to use as they are pre-cut and perfect for my hamburger press. I used a leaf between each patty and frozen them in a stack of 6 burgers. When I decided to separate just one patty from a stack, I couldn't do it without partially defrosting the entire stack. Even so, I had to slide a knife between them to separate them; not exactly a surefire way to do this, but I couldn't separate them. Next time I'll try using two leaves between each patty to see if that works better.
