Is that a changing table? Yes. Do you want that? No.

Just throw away the instructions to get started. You are useless. Once you get past poorly worded English, there just isn't enough detail to figure out how it should be put together. However, when I look at the product image online, it was pretty easy to figure it out for myself. I have so many questions about why it was designed the way it was. They use metal parts under the hinges (don't know what they're called) instead of buckles to secure the fabric under the frame. This slightly increased the construction time by 20 minutes. They should have just used buckles which would have been more secure anyway. Maybe we were unlucky, but the fabric part hardly mounted on a metal frame, and when it did, it became uneven and crooked. It has huge creases in the fabric due to uneven tension and there is nothing you can do to fix it. Add all of that and you have...a giant changing table that's difficult to fold and the fabric is so tight it looks like it's about to rip. Once you fold the table, it doesn't stay folded. It tends to reopen, oh, and the brakes on the wheels don't work so it won't stall. If you want it to stay folded you have to pinch it between two things to keep it from opening. Overall I would say yes you can use it as a changing table. But to be honest setting it up and storing it was such a nightmare that I can't imagine using it every day. Oh and it's huge and we threw away the box (our bad one) so now we can't return it. We are very unhappy, to say the least.
