I really enjoyed cooking with this cester. I love freshly grated hard cheeses and am tired of constantly bringing out my big food processor to grate cheese when sometimes all I need is a few tablespoons. The easy handling of this chopper not only saves me time when preparing delicious food, but also when cleaning it. The design is perfect for all my needs. I've tried different things: oranges, lemons, limes, ginger, garlic and of course cheese. I love the thin shavings I get with this zester. And cleaning up is a joy. It's nice and sharp so you don't have to press hard. My family especially loves spaghetti dinners now because I can rub their plates with some parmesan right in front of them like they do in trendy restaurants. The length is perfect, it's durable and lightweight, a great kitchen tool. This would make a great gift for anyone who loves to cook!
