Does not prime, does not dry, peels off

I painted my bedroom about 3 months ago. I have these pins for both edge work and touch ups. I didn't think I would be able to refill them when I bought them but I thought they would last a long time. I was scratching the wall with my fingernail just a few weeks after the pain and decided to remove one, the paint was already off and I couldn't brush it off. Thought I'd try anyway, but the paint was already dry. Went to another pen and same problem. It was ok for touch up same day and next day but NOT durable. The packaging says the color lasts 7 years. maybe 7 days.
