I use them every day for crocheting. It comes with multiple lenses to customize it to your needs. I will say they are a bit heavy on the bridge of the nose. I wrapped the yarn around the ^ that sits in my nose to make it more comfortable, almost like a passport, and it's just perfect. It helps a lot around the house when you need to read the fine print and light is very helpful.
