I frame a lot of artwork. These clips are just the perfect way to attach your canvas to the frame without damaging your creation. They are easy to use, with just a drill hole and a screwdriver you can secure your artwork. These clips come in a variety of sizes and I'd suggest getting a few different sizes if you're framing regularly. The offset measurement is the difference between the edge of the canvas and the edge of the frame. This means if you have a 1/2 inch canvas and are fitting it into a 1.5 inch deep frame you will need a 1 inch offset clip. Hope that helps!
