I feel my interpretation of "easy to install" differs from that of some other buyers. The mounting plate of this cute cooler is located behind the mainboard. Nothing holds it in place until the cooler is securely bolted to the front. Therefore, for the installation process, without removing my board from the case, I had to hold the plate with one hand, hold the cooler with the other hand, and screw it down with the third hand. You may notice a discrepancy in the number of hands a person should spare in the first place. Now I still managed to put the thing back in place without calling for help or using my foot, but it wasn't something I'd call easy - at least not as easy as my old Intel- cooler where I just popped it on the front. and screw in the plastic screws. This location is suitable if you rarely need access to the processor; just set and forget. Looks good, cools well and runs quietly. But of course in my case I had to troubleshoot the PC immediately after installation, which required turning the cooler and its back panel off and on multiple times with my limited number of hands. He's outdated. I've poked around a bit to find other coolers that allow you to mount the mounting plate on the front instead of the back. I obviously should have done my research and it's my fault, not the product's, but I wanted to mention it for anyone else who might be missing the fine print.
