I like that every day they have new features added so it never gets stagnant or boring! Also great customer service when support needs help getting started (which can be hard sometimes). There really isn't anything bad about this software but if you are looking at other programs there might not even be any comparison as far as price goes because their pricing structure makes sense in my opinion compared to others out there who charge way too much. Our accounting department has been able keep up with our tax law changes by using these updates which we would otherwise miss. You can easily manage all your internal processes in one place that's easy accessible through any device you have access too (smartphone/tablet).It also has an app which makes it easier when working from home or traveling without having physical presence at office premises.
