May be perfect for some items. This is a complete kit with everything you need. Good directions. It just didn't work for the 3/8 inch hole in the bowl of the new American Standard toilet. A Kleenex tin can fell off the top of the tank onto the toilet and the corner punched a hole in the china. I stuffed the hole with steel wool and tried to attach it to it. He didn't stick. I strictly followed the instructions. I cleaned and sanded very well. It was very dirty and never held up well. Eventually fell off. It will do a great job with cracks but not holes. The American standard didn't help despite knowing the toilet was only 2 weeks old. It was done wrong. The paper cup is made of porcelain. Good customer service AS. It seems like a good product, it just doesn't fit the job.
