WORST SUPPORT IN THE INDUSTRY

I set up this product and read the 50 page user manual. The manual does NOT mention setting up hard drives, setting up Apple Time Machine, and configuring RAID-ZERO. I TOOK THREE HOURS – ON THE PHONE, CHAT AND WEB FORM. DURING THESE 3 HOURS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY. I waited on hold for 40 minutes and then was asked to leave a message and the message box filled up and the line just went offline. I was #1 in the chat queue for 1 HOUR! It doesn't matter if the product is good or not if you can't contact the company, to get support. I am returning the product and will never buy a QNAP product again. to be reborn
