Received the other day. Tried to print, scan and copy. The pressure is good. Copying and scanning are fine when using a glass (flatbed) scanner. Unfortunately, the feeder that made me choose this MFP is defective. Anything you scan there (including, of course, copying) tends to come out at an angle. At first I thought it was a fixable firmware issue, but it's not. The feeder doesn't seem to be able to straighten the pages as it feeds. If they are slightly tilted, the output will be titled. You can mitigate this in several ways: 1. Tighten the paper holder properly: make sure it's not too loose, but don't bend the paper either.2. As you scan, align each image with the HP Smart app: this can take a long time as you have to do this for each page; Since skew is generally the same, it would be great if the software allowed skew to be applied to every image in a given job. Of course, this option is not available for copying, since scanning/printing takes place directly.
