I like that they are able to find solutions as we go, not only when you have an issue or question but also with new requirements coming up! They listen well so it's easy getting them onboard if something comes across their radar - which is great because sometimes our clients can be quite picky about what works best :) Sometimes there isn't anything wrong per se just some other client working better than us at this time (or maybe even right now). We work together very closely therefore any issues/problems quickly get resolved without much hassle from my end once i'm made aware of these problems by another colleague within federkipn&partner who may know more abt such things.
