Review on 🍾 Expandable Wine Rack - Rabbit Houdini by Eldrick Carlton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect size, very versatile

I had a 4 tier shelving unit (see In the bedroom we didn't need it anymore so I took out the fabric baskets to use for other storage and moved around the empty shelf to the living room to use as a wine rack. To keep the bottles safe I needed custom wine racks *inserts* that fit the drawers. But any standard/wooden inserts I found were always too big , was usually meant for a countertop (and relatively expensive) When I saw these Houdinis were only an 8 x 8 I was stoked! I knew they would fit perfectly. And it's just the two of us (me and my husband) , so we don't need to store an incredible amount of wine. It's some support and also prevents it from scratching the wood.It should be noted that these racks are so light that they are unstable can be yychivy if you remove the wine bottle(s) from the bottom row and only leave ONE bottle on top. himself (because now he is heavy and unbalanced). So make sure you only have 1 bottle left to move it to the bottom row. Otherwise it works like a charm. Buying an actual wine rack would cost a lot more than $20 (for 2 of them) and I would also be wasting a perfect piece of old furniture. These small Houdini extendable wine racks were the perfect way to turn an unusable piece of furniture into our new favorite! :)

Pros
  • Table top wine racks
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
