I contacted the Emmi Dent office in Hong Kong, explained the essence of the problem, a competent manager immediately offered to bring the device to them for diagnostics, of course, free of charge. I gave the handle, the charger for examination, she called back after 2 weeks to clarify the fate of my brush, they said that they had changed the handle, due to the fact that the distributor, apparently, had been stored in the warehouse for a long time, the battery had deteriorated, so they changed it for me for free and made a new warranty card from the current date (although several months have passed since the date of purchase), and also gave a small gift. The manager Daria was very kind and explained everything in detail. Service for 5+++! Thanks a lot!
