The pillow was not good at all for support.

When I woke in the mornings my neck was still stiff and tight. I really was disappointed did not help me at all. The pillow may take time to adjust to for some users!

Pillow arrived as expected. How ever, this pillow is very firm. So firn that it had very little give. Appiled a lot of pressure to my neck, no matter sleeping on back or side. The side design didn''t really help either. Was also considering this as a "cpap" pillow. Didn''t really help there either. Just could never get comfortable with it.
