Bought three of these. They were a gift for my niece and nephews, one for each. A nephew wrote in his thank you letter that he put it on and thought it looked cool. The other two had nothing to do with the gift. I almost regret not keeping her to myself. I suppose this isn't the best gift for teenagers but they had a conflict over towels and such. Aside from their status as a terrible gift from an old aunt, I think they'll be useful for teenagers and adults alike. They are well done. Four hooks is just the right amount, and the bottom two are the right distance from the top ones. The hooks are rounded and do not snag on the fabric. Hangers are not only good for towels but also for other things like belts, purses and scarves depending on how you want to hang things. I highly recommend them.
