Update: After posting my review another party from the company reached out to me and after much correspondence they sent me a new faucet that is definitely more level. Once quarantine lifts and we can get installed, I will post updated photo.Improved rating is for the recent employee courtesy and the company finally standing behind product.As you can see from the photos the upper arm is clearly not level/parallel to the rest of product. Emailed the company and they responded immediately but response " That upper arm is not level with lower one ,But that is no influence normally using.it will have slight not level for this products” is definitely unacceptable! Looking at other reviews I see there are some that are level and some not which in some cases were rectified. I really want to like this product as it seems strong and matches perfectly with my hardware plus the price was great but this issue and lack of company backing their product is so disappointing. Hence the 2 stars.
